We supply cables, connectors and accessories through to fully integrated connection solutions, making us the world market leader today. LAPP products can be found in production machines, industrial robots, buses and trains, food processing plants, wind turbines, charging systems for electric cars, photovoltaic and wind power plants, oil drilling platforms and much more. LAPP products are even the first choice for climbing 8000 meter peaks or polar expeditions. With 4,650 employees worldwide, we were able to achieve a turnover of 1,222 million euros last year.
Our customers appreciate this: LAPP has manufacturing expertise for all of its 40,000 catalog products. Because it should always be the optimum solution. And if the customer cannot find what they are looking for in the catalog, our experts will work with them to develop a solution.
LAPP delivers to every corner of the world, usually from stock and with short delivery times. We also have development and production capacities as well as logistics centers all over the world. 51 of our own sales companies and around 100 agencies are there for our customers.
LAPP is ideally positioned for the future - also thanks to Oskar and Ursula Ida Lapp, who founded the company in 1959. In 1957, Oskar Lapp established the first protected brand in this industry with the ÖLFLEX® control cable - others followed. Then as now, the company is family-owned, with Matthias Lapp now the third generation to take on responsibility in the company.
