Lapp Mobility develops charging adapters for a range of applications on request, tailored to individual customer requirements.
Vehicle-to-load adapters, for example, enable power to be supplied to electrical devices via the battery of an electric car. Any 230V device can be simply connected to the electric car via a socket integrated into the V2L adapter, such as a Schuko socket. This means that a laptop, an e-bike, a radio or even a kettle can be supplied with power. This can be very useful if you are going on holiday and have no other way of connecting your devices, such as on a campsite. This way, the electric car not only consumes electricity, but also supplies it.
An adapter for NACS (North American Charging Standard) plugs is in frequent demand as it ensures flexibility and compatibility. With such an adapter, the vehicle can be connected to a variety of charging stations, even if the infrastructure does not support the car's original plug standard. This makes charging easier, especially when travelling, where different charging standards are common at different locations.
