It consists of a Mobile Charging Station and the matching wall mount. The mobile charging station is connected to the mains at a conventional household or industrial socket and hung up with the matching wall mount. At home it always has its fixed place. To ensure that the mobile charging station for your electric car is always securely fastened, attach the wall mount in the garage, underground garage, in the carport or on an outdoor parking space. You can install it yourself in just a few minutes with only three screws. After mounting the wall mount, simply insert the mobile charging station and connect directly to the mains via a socket to charge your electric car. A control and protection device is integrated in the control box (IC-CPD) of the charging cable, which takes charge control via the vehicle cable to the vehicle. Once charging is complete, the mobile charging station stops automatically and you can unplug it. Optionally, you can also secure the charging station against theft with a lock. What is the Wallbox Light?

With the Wallbox Light, you can charge your electric car in your garage at home, in the carport or in the underground garage. It is the e-car charging station for your home. The Wallbox Light has several advantages over classic wall chargers:

It is cheaper
It does not have to be installed by an electrician
It can be removed at any time and used on the road
It connects to conventional power outlets
It is space-saving

Like classic wall chargers, the Wallbox Light can be installed in garages, underground garages, carports and parking spaces - offering the same advantages of convenient charging at home.

However, this charging station for your e-car is far more space-saving than a normal wall charging station and requires no electrical installation. The wall mount is simply attached with three simple screws and the Mobile Charging Station is then hung in place. If necessary, you can also secure it with a padlock - if you have an outdoor parking space, for example.

What can the Mobile Charging Station do?

The main component of the Wallbox Light, the Mobile Charging Station, can charge e-cars with up to 22 kW of charging power (depending on the socket and adapter used).

It has an integrated control and protection device that regulates the charging process via the charging cable. As soon as the battery is full, the charging station switches off.

Since the Wallbox Light is basically a mobile charging station, it can be used mobile at any time. It is not permanently attached to the wall mount, but can easily be taken out and about. This allows you to charge your electric vehicle on the go at a regular outlet. This eliminates the need to search for the nearest public charging station.
