The Mobile Charging Station Basic Type 2 is a home charging station and an emergency charging cable in one. Thanks to the Type 2 coupling and Type J household plug (Switzerland), you can easily charge your electric car at a household socket. On the road, the mobile charging station serves as a flexible charging option at conventional sockets. This means you no longer have to search for the nearest public charging station.
When charging at the type J socket at home, the mobile charging station can replace a permanently installed wall charging station. With the optional wall mount, it becomes a Wall Charger Light.
A power connection is not necessary for the mobile charging station Basic Type 2. You connect your vehicle directly to the existing power grid via a socket. The integrated control and protection device in the control box (IC-CPD) takes over the charging control via the cable to the vehicle.
